Design, Engineering Services and Data Analysis Outsourcing<\/h3>\n

Our engineering team works, where the need arises, to draw up a plan for the deployment of the sensors on the work, adjusting the installation for specific requirements if necessary.<\/p>\n

The same team also monitors with the client, the state of the infrastructure, jointly and as needed defining periodic analyses of the data collected and how to report situations requiring more urgent verification.<\/p>\n

When the client does not have adequate internal resources, our experts take care of data analysis and reporting in full-outsourcing mode<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Monitoring Vs. Testing <\/h3>\n
\n
\n

The configuration of the SHbox system, which is produced in-house, can be varied to perform sampling according to the work’s monitoring requirements:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • “Standard” sampling<\/u> <\/span>– is the typical sampling for monitoring facilities over time and which collects information with a periodicity in the order of hour\/day allowing for long battery life*.<\/li>\n
  • “Thick” sampling<\/u> <\/span>– This type of sampling can be used in cases where real-time information collection is required, up to 1 sampling per minute of all quantities measured by the multi-sensor node (tilt, temperature, strain\/displacement, acceleration). This is the mode used to monitor e.g. the behaviour of the structure during the testing phase and therefore for limited periods as prolonged use of this mode could affect battery life*. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    *For \u2018Standard\u2019 sampling the indicative life of the non-rechargeable battery is 10 years. For \u2018Dense\u2019 sampling we have an indicative life of the non-rechargeable battery of 30 months. The SHbox solution can be equipped, under conditions of adequate exposure to sunlight, with a solar panel on which the battery life is increased and the battery consumption reduced. <\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
